Ask HN: Why hasn't there been much fanfare about JOBS Act Title III?

The JOBS act Title III will go in effect on May 16th allowing Crowdfunding Portals to open doors. I am surprised by the relatively little attention this has received from the tech media (TechCrunch et al).

What am I missing?
