Instawork (YC S15) Needs a Front End Engineer to Help Local Businesses Hire

Instawork is a marketplace for local jobs. We've changed the way traditional job search works for small businesses (e.g a sign on the window) by turning it into a matching problem. We do this by taking advantage of a variety of offline data signals. Most of our applicants have never had their professional identity online. We're tapping into a vast repository of millions of local offline jobs and bringing them online. Our marketplace matches people and businesses fast.

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who has excellent product acumen. In addition to being a great engineer, you should be excited about solving a really unique problem and working really hard at a rapidly growing Y Combinator startup founded by early Youtube / Google and Groupon employees.

Requirements: * Deep familiarity with a front-end framework like React + Flux / Redux or even Angular * Responsive web design * 3-5 years of experience * Self-motivated and a self-starter * Eagerness to talk to customers (our customers include the best restaurants in San Francisco, including Michelin-star winners, so you may get free meals from time to time!)
