Certbot, previously the Let's Encrypt Client,
is EFF's tool to obtain certs from Let's Encrypt, and
(optionally)autoenable HTTPS on your server.
It can also act as a client for any other CA that uses
the ACME protocol.
I recommend updating the title to make it clear that only the Let's Encrypt client software has changed its name (and moved to EFF). The Let's Encrypt CA has not changed anything.
