I really like that someone came up with a site like this because the Mixergy interviews are too long, this is like a bare-bones alternative.
Good idea, particularly since it appears they got Mixergy's blessing, but I found one of the things refreshing about Mixergy was it does do is demand your full, sustained attention. After a few years of living in micro-media world, I've found podcasts, talks and even (shh) dead-tree books are the best way for me to actually learn something, rather than just feel like I'm learning something. What's your retention rate on all those top 10 bulleted lists? Yeah, mine too.

Still, a great service for deciding which talks to actually listen to :)

Fantastic idea. Basically a TLDR version of Mixergy interviews. Just what I needed.
