Ask HN: Looking for Hackers for Project

I have an idea for essentially a spin off of chat roulette (That's more sustainable and actually can contribute to productivity.) My experience is more related to marketing, design, and SEO than to coding. I am looking for 1 or multiple partners that are interested in developing this venture. Profitability is questionable and probably could only be achieved through advertising revenues, but I think the site could get great exposure. Also, I have an idea for a start-up that potentially could be very profitable that I would like to go through YC to start, but I would like to know who I am working with well prior to jumping in feet first.
