Ask HN: Who is hiring managers? (June 2016)

I rarely see management / leadership jobs when HN is asked "who is hiring". I imagine most HN'ers (if they must have a manager) would prefer to have one that is more technical than less (maybe a fellow HN reader) so I humbly ask HN: who is hiring managers?
