Building a community on my Gaming portal, What should I build it around?

I'm suffering from changes in demand for online browser games. I want to focus harder on building an attractive community. What would gamers/users be interested in?

Top ideas are: - Learning/Submitting your own Games, - Leagues/Tournaments - Multiplayer Gameplay - Gaming News - Other: Randomness welcome :) Note: I do have a similar poll on my website.
