Names I recognize: Altman, Yoshua Bengio, Henry Kissinger, senator Lindsey Graham, etc
From the wiki one box: The Bilderberg Group, Bilderberg conference, Bilderberg meetings or Bilderberg Club is an annual private conference of 120 to 150 people of the European and North American political elite, experts from industry, finance, academia, and the media, established in 1954.
It makes sense that Sam would be invited. Hopefully he can help support entrepreneurship across the Atlantic.
Bilderberger's do not care about you or your empowerment, their primary goal is strategizing on how they can take away civil liberties - freedom of speech, guns, freedom of the internet, freedom of movement - so they can initiate world government that sits on top of the current nation state system. China is where they beta test all their censorship and tracking techniques before they do soft rollouts in western countries. Wave goodbye to democracy and the power of the people they are actively moving towards 1984 style tyranny - http://www.infowars.com/bilderberg-leak-secretive-group-to-d...
Theyre talking about a gov tied internet id, basically chinese style censorship for the west. Infowars.com will have great coverage on Bilderberg this year.
"The President of Y Combinator does not attend conferences that welcome the participation of known war criminals" (said in the same tone as Elizabeth I's famous retort from Shakespeare in Love: "The Queen does not attend exhibitions of public lewdness") would have been my response to the invite.
Kissinger, Henry A. (USA), Chairman, Kissinger Associates, Inc.
No-one except the invitees. The secrecy behind it generates lots of conspiracy theories, but to me it just sounds like a fancy high-flying networking event.
It might be interesting if they released info under Chatham House rules, but that would probably just feed even more conspiracy theories.
To my knowledge the Bilderberg conferences operate under Chatham House rule, with the goal of encouraging openness and information sharing through a certain degree of anonymity to the outside world.
In practice this often means that attendees can reveal what was discussed, but not where, when or from whom they obtained information.
So if you happen to have the chance to talk with an attendee, you could potentially learn what was discussed (ofcourse without any references to where it was discussed) ;-)
Can't a group of the rich, the powerful, world leaders, tech titans, special interests, influence peddlers, and "journalists" get together to discuss things in seclusion with no recording devices allowed, without it turning into a conspiracy?
What would the 99.9% be able to do about it if turned out there really was some conspiracy to bleed the world of all its resources, blood, and treasure? Revolt?
Duh. If it weren't obvious that ycombinator is part of the genocidal parasite plan, then you weren't paying attention. Yea, basic income was the most recent proof.
Hey Clay! Let Bill Gates know that if he doesn't admit he is gay on the first day of the bilderberger meetings, then I will make some MEMEs about him like the immortal david cameron one combined with that cia one I did.
I was interested in the proportion of the attendee nationalities and their area of work and ran a few numbers, in case anyone is interested; https://github.com/joshuadelange/bilderberg2016

Them and Altman attending make sense when you consider some of the topics that will be discussed (from the site):
US political landscape, economy: growth, debt, reform
Cyber security
Precariat and middle class
Technological innovation
Clearly all three have opinions on these topics and suitable experience.
Guy Standing's there. He's best known as an advocate of Basic Income.
Kissinger, Henry A. (USA), Chairman, Kissinger Associates, Inc.

I envy your innocence

"Sire, sire! The peasants are revolting!"
"Yes, they certainly are. Release the drones!"
Count De Monet - I have come on the most urgent of business. It is said that the people are revolting!
King Louis - You said it. They stink on ice.
There will be loads of great bilderberg coverage on infowars.com they practically broke the story 10 years ago.
