Google participated in a propaganda campaign to encourage "regime change" in Syria[0], so I wouldn't put it past them to do the same in the US. They have a longstanding and close relationship with the State Department. They know which side their bread is buttered on.
The video talks about "three people in a room and two of them are screaming 'Fire!'", while actually 'two of them' are the same person. "Bing or Yahoo" are not two different search engines.
