Ask HN: Is there a U.S. legal guide with legalities of what can/cannot be done?

For example, I know there are a number of pitfalls with incorporation and issuing stock and stuff like that.

Or paying people in equity and not running afoul of minimum wage laws?

Basic things like that kind of stuff so people don't shoot themselves in the foot with seemingly minor things that become major later on.
