Ask HN: Voynich manuscript transcripts

I've been looking for a transcript of the Voynich manuscript. Wikipedia's entry has this:

I seem to recall there being a text dump of the manuscript using a system like the one shown above but I haven't been able to find it. Anyone know where it can be found?
