Just tested it out - I thought it was going to be a live chat app. I'm not disappointed per se, but definitely was not what I thought it was going to be..like Zopim etc.Essentially it is just a link to FB messenger?

Yeah, at the moment it's just a link to FB Messenger, but we are going to make a live chat on the site via Messenger later. The real problem we are solving is how to attract more customers to conversation via Messenger. Why Messenger? Because you'll be able to continue the dialog even if visitor leave your site.

It's only widget v0.1 =)

Thank you for an example, we thought to do something like that using Messenger API. I'll try this plugin too.
