Ask HN: Who is Miwa?

I noticed that in Microsoft Azure Newsletter, the editor's note (a paragraph ending the letter) is signed by a so called "Miwa".

This has been bugging me for quite a long time but Google isn't helpful here.

So question : who the hell is Miwa ?
