>Realize that #EricGarner & #AltonSterling were brutally killed for being black while selling (cigarettes & CDs) cheap consumer products.

Sterling was resisting arrest and had a fucking gun on him. Garner died after being put in a choke hold for resisting arrest.

Maybe one of or both of the homicides were unjustified, but characterizing it as being "killed for being black while selling (cigarettes & CDs)" is irresponsible race-baiting. It's click-baity pandering to the lowest common denominator 5 second attention-span mob.

I don't carry weapons, but you do realize that carrying weapons is not a reason to kill someone, yes?

In fact, people shouldn't be killed regardless. Police departments should really be out in front of this thing.

Police are justified in using deadly force any time they have reasonable cause to believe someone is putting their life in danger.

Resisting arrest, while carrying a gun, poses a very high risk of creating the perception among the arresting police officer and the officer shooting and killing you.
