Why is it so difficult to measure intra-cranial pressure in space? The full spinal-tapping procedure would seem a little difficult, but not impossible on the ISS. They do send medical docs up and earth is always an hour or two away in an emergency.

Wouldn't the lack of earth gravity mean that the fluid wouldn't necessarily be resting in the usual place at the point of the lumbar entry point for the test? That would mean the results would be skewed surely, or at least un-reliable.
