Coding Challenge for front end dev at a startup

Hey guys,

I'm currently interviewing for a web developer position for a pretty well funded startup. I've never really interviewed for a startup before and figured i'd ask some folks on here for some advice. The premise of the code challenge that i was given was...."we will be sending you a link to a JSON data set with a specific task. We want you to create a solution, using the provided data, with your most comfortable tech stack."

It's supposed to take about 2 hrs to complete....anyways if anyone has any advice on some tutorials i can check out as i've kind of been out of touch with dev work or tips on interviewing with startups thatd be great!
