Open Listings (YC W15) Is Hiring for a Customer Success Role in Los Angeles

As a member of our Operations team, you work to make our user experience magical:

- Use our custom software to respond to customer inquiries and to review and generate offer documents from your computer and phone

- Coordinate showings and in-person activities with our network of partner agents

- Work flexibly, including nights and weekends

- Assist with general activities like writing, marketing, outreach and QA

Qualifications: You are organized, articulate, friendly, flexible, resourceful, and have excellent written communication skills. You have some experience or a strong interest in real estate. You’re excited to carve out a role and grow quickly. You're based in Los Angeles or already planning to relocate.

Compensation: Monthly contract to start at a competitive monthly rate. Ideally grows into a full-time position with full benefits and stock options after three months.
