This is the most inaccurate click-bait title I've ever seen in my life. They may as well have said "You won't believe these 10 things Google is recording in the background!"
The title is a bit extravagant, given that it obviously doesn't record "everything you say", just every voice interaction you ever have with any of it's products or services.
But the fact that this comes up continuously in an alarmist state should tell you something: Most people don't provide informed consent to Google's terms of service, and wouldn't if they knew what they contained. The only reason Google is able to do what it does is because most people don't know that they do it.
