Poll: Does newest Firefox freeze up on you?

I am using Firefox 3.6 and it keeps freezing up on me at least once an hour.

These freezes last from few seconds of complete unresponsiveness and up to 5 minutes. I have all plugins disabled except for the default one and the Flash player. The freeze-ups started right after a recent upgrade from FF 3.0 to 3.6. There are numerous threads on Mozilla forums regarding this issue, but no real advice except for "run in safe mode" and "switch to IE, lol".

As you can imagine this is exceptionally annoying. I would like to get some real stats on this issue and share it with people on Mozilla forums. Please help.

For me it's an intermittent issue. 3.6 and 3.7 both used to keep crashing on me if there was any flash involved. However, with the plugin sandboxing in the latest nightlies 3.7 is much more stable.

Thanks, I will give 3.7 a try. I tried going back to 3.5, and it didn't make much difference.

We need a "http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com for locally installed software, maybe we can call it http://messedupforeveryoneorjustme.com and it could run as a locally installed app with a web connection/interface.
