Ask HN: How do you guys work through you aggression?

Right now I want to throw a chair across the room or punch a hole on the wall. I was in the middle of working on my program and my wife walked in (her day off) to ask about the cell phone bill. I told her it's been paid online already and she said how. My blood pressure has just gone through the roof. I told her again it's paid and she left eventually. I know it's irrational but I don't know why I am so angry afterward.
