Ask HN: What should I take care of while making an Matchmaking app?

Making a match making app as a solo developer, concept is ready. Releasing the beta version by next week to my closed college community. Have been asked for 3000 USD for 7% equity. Based in India. I've got two management peeps from IIM, India. Total we 3 gonna make it happen. What should I take care of most as being a single developer for the whole system? Any comments/advice?
