But something feels sour about that headline to me, it's finger pointing at an individual which smokescreens the fact that the same agency / laws / etc are still in place that allowed for the abuse to happen to begin with.
The allegations were initially based on a classified document the government accidentally mailed to the former Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation lawyers.
The classified document saw the light of day by accident. Bush is not involved in the lawsuit. He simply authorized the program. The title makes it sound as if he is personally affected by the decision.
This isn't democrat vs. republican, this is about citizen vs. gov't.
