Does a “fair online advertising” platform exist?

I am wondering if there is any way to display ads that do not track people. Also, I would like to choose a category that has a positive impact in the world (for instance, education).

Ideally, I would host the ad myself, and just link to the advertising company. They could keep track of how much traffic I'm sending, and I could keep a click count to make sure it matches.

Does something like that still exist?
