Some people doubt some things. Probably nobody questions all facts. For me personally, my skepticism goes up when I see evidence of tainted research (medical studies that can't be repeated, nutrition 'facts' that seem constantly in flux, etc). That certainly doesn't mean we throw the baby out with the bath water - science has done wonders for all of us.
This makes me wonder how much evidence is needed before something is solid. How much peer review was there with the latest stuff about sugar and fat that we're reading now?
"science" and "facts" and "scientific facts" are being hijacked by people who fund these studies. Its high time there is a better classification of studies rather than a "scientific study"
