Ask HN: What would you like to see in an improved Who is Hiring site?

There are a few aggregation sites out there like https://whoishiring.io and http://hnhiring.me/ but I want to take aggregation one step further and provide a better job-hunting experience.

What features would you like to see?

I asked last week what people REALLY looked for in a new position and got some good answers. (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=12456513)

One idea is to incorporate these questions into a list similar to the Joel Test (http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/fog0000000043.html) and have listing answers these questions upfront.

A few more ideas:

* Hand curate listing for tags to easily filter for what listing are interesting to you * List actual addresses (instead of just cities), display on a map, and calculate travel distance * Have a profile where you have questions you want answered before proceeding with the interview process

The job search process is too long and tedious. Let's stream line the process for ourselves since employers are already doing the same for us.

Also, how much would you pay for various services? :)
