Ask HN: Can you help this quadriplegic organise their medical information?

I recently submitted a [Subject Access Request][1] and as a result I've been given a copy of all of my medical records. This treasure trove includes every phone call I've ever made to my doctor, every PDF, every Word document, every email that has my name on it, absolutely everything and it's all just in one big folder. Does the HN Hive Mind know of any tools that will help me organise this information, it's very important that I find a specific piece of information out from within this haystack?

I basically need to investigate myself to prove that something did or did not happen, but I have no idea where to begin?

I really need your help HN!
