Should CFIUS block TWTR sale to a Chinese firm?

Recent reports suggest Twitter is for sale, and Chinese companies have been investing heavily abroad. Considering Twitter's role in free speech, political communications and journalism... does the US have a national security interest in blocking its sale to companies headquartered in foreign states with controlled speech?
