Is it possible to start a project that uses best features from different models from different countries. But then how do you define best practices ? For example lot of decision on finance are based on data , likewise we should be able to create government which can be a blackbox and approves decision making on various aspects such as defence , education , economy , human rights etc. Its still debatable which model is better , but we can learn using past decisions of different countries. Such as deciding education budget of country using population and other parameters and learn if literacy rate went up or down.
