Recommendations for a free and/or OSS help desk software

Having looked at the commercial options and the price matrices we would prefer a free/OSS solution. I have found Helpy (MIT license) but am wondering if there are any others?

This whole space seems ripe for a "Trello-like disruption" to be honest!
