Ask HN: Resource aggregators for learning?

Whenever I want to learn a new language or framework, I find it hard to figure out the best books/blogs/tutorials to learn from (apart from the official docs).

It generally takes a lot of googling.

Is there any website that aggregates the best resources to learn about a particular technology?

There are projects on Github collecting learning resources in Markdown documents. You can look at the number of stars and/or commit frequency to decide if it's a good resouce.
