Ask HN: Tech/Entrepreneurship conference in LA/NYC?

Hey everyone,

I will be visiting from Canada and I am curious if there are any large entrepreneurship/tech events in Los Angeles in November that I could potentially attend or anything in NYC in December? And if you know any online calendars of conferences and events that I can take a look out that would be around tech/startups/entrepreneurship/etc.?

Not looking for conferences focused on very specific topic/subject but more broad ones?
