I thought that was a deliberate design decision (also notice that the sky becomes darker as you scroll up). Sure, some kind of min-height would fix the issue, but it's not like there aren't other sites that assume a minimum 500px webpage height.
It would be a bit more friendly if there were any information about how the site works (are there size limits? for individual files? for total number of files? for total size of uploaded items? can I delete an item once I upload it? how?)
Many sites now offer you an ultra-minimal start page, but in a way this isn't really friendly. The only way to find out about the service is to start using it. That's fine, but at least most of these sites have a link somewhere to a page with information about the service. I can't find anything like that here, but maybe I'm missing something obvious.
I registered since I was curious. There doesn't seem to be a way to delete items, but as a registered user I can get a list of things I've uploaded. That could come in handy later.
I would really love to know more about this service since it seems very useful.
Definitely needs a progress indicator and some help with large files. Check out SWFUpload; while finicky, I've had great success with it (as has Wordpress, YouTube, etc.).

[ 0.27 ms ] story [ 72.4 ms ] threadEdit: it's not completely hidden, but largely obscured, such that I have to scroll down before I can see the form fields.
Edit 2: it seems to be a function of window size.
A simple solution would be to jack up the z-index on the form so it's always in front of the hills.

Realistically, how far can you get with no ads?

That location is stocked up with a limited number of usage tokens to limit the amount of data people can store there.
