Given that Thiel just became a part time advisor of YC that's a weird coincidence.
Why so we have to discuss individual's political views? Why is nobody wanting to discuss Clinton contributors? In this election cycle being a Trump supporter is more likely to be an anti-Clinton vote than truly for Trump.
As per usual for the morally elitist and financially super-powerful, the self-destructive instinct wins out over rational thinking and any sense of self-preservation.
At least that $1,250,000 will go towards boosting our GDP to some extent.
