Is there a way to computate the kharma of a newl formed company?

Every company has employees who have previously worked for another company, which did good or bad things. Is there already a application in existence which calculates, just from the linked-in data of the employees of a newly formed company, its hierarchy and the behavior of the previous companies, the expected deeds and performance of the new company?
