Network Timeout is for uploading packet dumps for analysis. It works best with packet dumps that are a bit longer in duration. We (ExtraHop Networks) built this site based on the technology that we use in our realtime appliance. Please let me know what you think and how we can improve it.

When middle-clicking on the "Upload Now" button on the homepage (to open the page in a new tab) the translucent overlay that says "Please wait..." appears on the current page and hangs there rendering the page useless.

I suggest either treating that link differently when it is being opened in a new window/tab or using something instead of a link to completely disable the "open in new window/tab" feature in the browser.

The only thing I noticed that I would change is that to login the url is http://www.networktimeout.com/accounts/login

I would make http://www.networktimeout.com/login redirect to this page and/or add a login box to the homepage. Kinda nit-picky but if I want to log into a website I want to do it in as few steps as possible.

Site looks great though!

I like the design, its very simple and clean. Nothing overdone, nice in my opinion!

One thing that bothers me is the main call to action flow. As i see it, you want us to click on "start analyzing". But when I do I'm not analyzing anything, I'm taken to another page that now wants me to click "upload now". Fine so I do but now I'm taken to a log in page!

Seems to me if I am required to have an account, your main action would be account signup. If you don't want it to be account signup, you'll need to let us analyze things without an account. Just seems a roundabout (annoying) way to go about it as it is now. That's just me though.
