Ask HN: What information do you consider critical when looking at job postings?

I see a lot of job posting that don't mention the company name, payment and are very cryptic with a lot of stuff. The worst thing is that they mostly fill the job posting with "great open offices" and not even mention the project they are looking people for. What do you think?
