Ask HN: Setting up testing framework for UI-Advice

2 points by smallboy ↗ HN
I work in a startup and we have scraped through so far without a proper guideline/setup for web dev testing all through the mercy of good QA team. We want to follow best practices for our enterprise applications.

Criteria we are looking at so far - a good testing framework, test runner and code coverage tool. - tools to enforce unit testing and js style guide. - tools for enforcing in both code editor( we use atom and sublime) and in build pipeline. - We also want to test our application in Firefox/IE 10-above and Edge/Chrome

We are moving to React/Redux from Angular 1.x, the backend is in Java which is well written code. Focus is solely on Front end now
