A lot of dashboard designs I've seen are for customers. Back offices easily fall behind, quickly becoming a functional set of hacks.
Finding a design that has condensed information, allows easy hacks, and has decent usability is a challenge.
How much time did you devote to your startup back office, and what strategy do you have to develop tools and workflows for your sales, operations, and support teams?
