Ask HN: How to find a psychotherapist who works with programmers over videochat?

Hi folks,

So, I'm really struggling with a few thought patterns. In the past, I've gone to see therapists but really wasn't able to talk in very much detail or make much progress on them because they are pretty intimately tied to my work as a software engineer, self-narratives about programming, and the communication problems surrounding that. I'm looking for someone with whom I can videochat with because then they can be in a different time zone than I am. That means that I don't need to take 2 hours off in the middle of the workday each week and that I can take time to prepare my thoughts before a session. Does anyone know how to find a therapist who is familiar with how software engineers work and is willing to practice counseling over video?
