Tell HN: Dear downvoters, I cannot read your thoughts

Hi downvoters!

I firmly believe that there is more to learn from being challenged than from an upvote and a few nice word.

Based on the downvotes I receive I think I can sense that a number of you disagree with my views from time to time even if more people usually agree.[0]

This is where I'll have to admit my fault: this feeling of disagreement is as far as my thought reading skills goes, - I cannot read your thoughts unless you post them.

So please: in addition to your downvote - which I appreciate - please leave a comment on what I got wrong.
