Ask HN: Have I been hacked?

For the past few weeks, I've noticed a pattern with the spam emails I receive.

Whatever email I send from my computer, regardless of what the topic is, I soon receive a spam email loosely related to it. So if I send an email to a client about payment, I receive some spam email with a title like, "Invoice attached".

Just now, I sent an email to a bank with which I'm opening an account, and a few minutes later, I got a spam TEXT on my cell phone telling me my account with this bank has been locked (no account even exists yet) and to visit this link to unlock it.
