Uber and Lyft both force binding arbitration. Does boycotting send a message?

Uber and Lyft both in a matter of weeks have updated their terms of use to force binding arbitration in case of disputes. I don't like this one bit. At first when it was just Lyft I completely stopped using their service. Now Uber wants to do the same thing. I am planning to boycott or drastically reduce my usage of both. I also wonder why there is so little competition in this space.
