Poll: do you disable mic or webcam on your laptop?

I've noticed many security experts and powerful people using tape to cover their cameras on their laptops.

I wonder how common this is in the wider world. Do you take more or less extensive measures?

Couldn't we combine these options into disable webcam only and webcam plus microphone? I mean, if someone goes through the trouble of disabling a mic, they likely already disable webcams....
