Ask HN: What stories you want to learn from other coders/developers/engineers?

I am building a website, the idea is to conduct interviews to all general coders like you and me. The interview is constructed with 4–5 questions, like ‘tell us how did you become a coder?’, ‘what’s your approach to learn a new technology?’, etc.
