Any idea what's going on? ISP's saying it's not their issue. 8.8.8.8 can't be reached, porvider's DNS dones't resolve google domains, etc.

Internet traffic dropped by half or more in many places. I would provide a link to graphs, but it might kill the already struggling website of the internet exchange organization.
