Show HN: Signupper, a tool for managing web app signup forms

Signupper (www.signupper.net) is a service for building and managing account signup forms for web applications. Signup forms are changed often as part of conversion optimization. Engineering needs to make the changes, while marketing waits. With Signupper, marketing gets to modify the signup form themselves.

As a web app developer, I would get frustrated with all the changes I had to make to the account signup page. I understood they needed to be made. I wished a CMS existed where the signup page could be hosted while retaining full functionality. Since I could not find such a tool, I've built one.
