Ask HN: How to implement AirBnB-like animation with react-native?

I really love the current version of the AirBnB Android App. One thing that strikes me is the search bar: if you scroll up or click on it, it shows the search criteria with an awesome animation (the other criteria get shown with a vertical parallax effect while fading in/out).

Does anybody know how to achieve this effect using react-native?

Or if somebody knows how to do it using CSS3 or/and JavaScript, I would be glad to learn it, because it looks absolutely gorgeous.

Edit: To get more specific - this [1] shows the animation I would like to have, but I don't know how to synchronize it with a parallax effect.
