That's not a tilt-shift. That's a lensbaby. Tilt is an under-slide movement, not an over-slide (there is a VERY distinct difference), and the shift ... non-existent in that design. If anything it's simply selective focus lens. Fun .. but more an artistic creation than a functional unit. Funzies can't be penalized though.
