A man whom allegedly grabs women without their permission, seemingly lacking self-control, is about to be given sole power to kill nearly everyone on the planet. Except in this case, there is no wolf to cry about until the bombs are exploding, and then it's far too late to say "I told you so" or debate checks-and-balances and limits of executive power.
