Ask HN: Do good front-end designers like HAML too, or is it just programmers?
I do not mean any offense. HAML (and its variants) seems to have advantages.<p>But until general web designers adopt it, HAML is more a tool for programmers to write UI.<p>What is the uptake for those of you who live in UI/CSS/HTML land vs back-end code land?

[ 2.5 ms ] story [ 12.8 ms ] threadHAML provides (at least to my knowledge) nothing other than somewhat cleaner syntax. That to me isn't worth the pain of something not working or other developers not knowing HAML and not being able to be brought up-to-speed on a project too quickly
